Training for WrestleMania

I get a lot of questions about whether my methods work for females.

The answer is a resounding YES.

I’ve trained females for basketball, tennis, field hockey, lacrosse, softball, and professional wrestling.

For 25+ years I’ve helped them build muscle, lose fat, get strong, explosive, and athletic AF.

The overriding principles of the Renegade Method are the same whether you’re male or female.

It’s just that my audience in the gym and online tends to be 80% guys so you don’t hear about it as much.

But we still train in a very similar manner to build high performance muscle.

It’s not complex and confusing.

It’s not injurious and risky to your spine, hips and joints.

It doesn’t take a lot of time and equipment.

But it provides massive results.

So when the biggest professional wrestling star in the world, Becky Lynch needed to rehab her knee and get ready for her upcoming main event match against Rhonda Rousey and Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania she knew what to do and who to call.
