I’m Jay Ferruggia, and I’ve been helping guys become the strongest version of themselves since 1994. A lot of the big fitness fads you see now—group training, tire flipping—I was doing that stuff in the early ’90s.
Through the work I’ve done at the gym, on my blog, and through this podcast, I’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people shatter barriers and make life-changing transformations. I can help you do the same.
