From a Skinny Fat Weakling to Jacked and Strong

My name is Michael Hodge, and I have been a member of the Renegade Strength Club for over 5 years.

In October of 2011 I was weak and skinny fat, and I could not, for the life of me, figure out a way to break through my “plateau.” After finding Jason, I discovered that there was no plateau, and I was, in fact, just training the wrong way.

Since I had seemingly tried everything else, I figured I had nothing else to lose so I joined the Renegade Strength Club. It was in the club when I truly found amazing training philosophies and methodologies, something I could not only apply to change myself but also to help my clients achieve amazing results.

Aside from the fitness learning I receive from the Strength Club, I can’t stress enough of how much I’ve learned from a business and lifestyle perspective. I have learned so much about both, and I apply these teachings to my business and my own lifestyle.

When I originally found Jason, I was just hoping to add a little size and lose some body fat. Now, over 5 years later, after consuming all of the information Jason has offered, I have completely transformed my body. I love my job as a personal trainer, and I have eliminated 2 bad habits, as well as becoming a less stressed and anxious person.

There is no doubt that if I did not find Jason, I would still be program hopping. I would still be training at LA Fitness. I would still stress out about being in social situations, and I would still be in that pool of mediocrity, which he has referred to multiple times.
