Raw Chocolate Pudding

rawchocolatepudding Raw Chocolate PuddingHere’s a delicious, healthy, raw dessert from our brand new plant based recipe guide that some of you may want to try out for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. This couldn’t be any simpler to make and won’t take you more than five minutes.

Ingredients
•    2 bananas
•    ½ cup dates
•    ¼ cup carob or cocoa powder
•    2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Let chill in refrigerator for 60 minutes before serving. If you wanted it to be a little sweeter you could always add a little organic maple syrup to taste. But I don’t think you’ll need any. It’s up to you.

This is also great when topped with some of our raw vanilla cream, which is absolutely delicious.

Just made the recipe Jason. Absolutely delicious! I added in half a scoop of Chocolate Sun Warrior Protein powder as well. Nothing better than a healthy dessert!

I just made it too. Four thumbs up (there were two of us eating it)!

  4. Looks good. I will give it a try but may add a little protein powder in there too.

Jason, this taste amazing. I didn’t have coconut oil so I substituted it with organic olive oil. Which coconut oil do you use?
