* – 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
* – 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
* – 1 lb / 455 g ground bison

Directions

    Great recipe. I had no idea all bison were grass fed. When did you start eating meat again?

    Hey Jason! Saw this post and had to ask a question.

    I’m struggling on whether or not I should eat a vegetarian diet. My blood type (“A”) indicates I should not eat much animal protein.

    Do you feel it’s healthy for the long term?

    Thanks in advance.

    I’d keep some meat in there if you have physique and performance goals

    Did you notice a nice increase in strength or muscle gain when meat was re-introduced into your diet?

    Not as much as I had hoped for. Better fat loss and digestion, though.

      @Liam: Liam it depends on what country your in. I live in Australia and eat Kangaroo meat for much the same reasons that Jason eats Bison.

    Being from Australia I can’t get Bison. Instead I get Kangaroo for much the same reasons that you eat Bison, grass fed, drug freee and all natural. The other plus is Kangaroo meat is extremely low in fat. Jason have you ever had a chance to try Kangaroo Meat?
