Jason,

I’ve learned so much from this site. I’ve only just discovered a few months ago, but since then I’ve read damn near every post, and will continue to follow them. I’ll be ordering MGS as soon as possible.

I’ve learned a hell of a lot from you and your colleagues, if you will, about strength- and mass-building, nutrition, what to do, what NOT to do, and I’m sincerely grateful. So a “thank you” is definitely in order.
My “main site” used to be bodybuilding.com. BIG mistake.. a cesspool of uneducated, yet inexplicably charismatic, jackasses. So you can probably image how few actual gains I made when I first started lifting.

Now, the main post of this comment is for me to get out how much I respect you and what you’re doing.

But there’s also one thing I’d like to ask;

My favorite exercise is without question the barbell military press. However, I often worry a bit each time I perform them, because I’m not quite sure if my form is perfect.
I’ve tried researching the form online, and from people with more experience, and like I expected, I received a hell of a lot of conflicting information.

So it’d really help me so much if you could make either a post about the exercise: things every-one should know, specific tips, what to do, what not to do, etc.
Or if you don’t think that deserves its own post, would you respond to this? (I’m not sure if you do that kind of thing).

Any information on shoulder pressing form would help me a lot, in regards to gaining strength as well as injury prevention.

Thanks Jason,

Naren
