We’ve been thinking about it and putting it off forever. But now it’s go-time.
The podcast is on its way and coming at you very soon.
I know what you’re thinking. You can’t wait. It’s like they just announced that The Stones, The Who, Bruce, Pearl Jam, Paul McCartney and a reunited Led Zeppelin were playing in your backyard tonight for free.
Right?
Or maybe that’s just me because I like hearing myself talk. Whatever.
The last thing I want to do is make it another boring fitness cast where I just ask some cat how many sets and reps you should do to build bigger biceps. We’re beyond that point.
We’re gonna try to make it fun and informative and cover a lot of different ground.
The topics of discussion will include:

• Personal stories
• And some surprises along the way
And, of course we’ll have guests every week ranging from entertainers to authors to productivity experts to athletes to whomever else you guys want to hear from.
So that’s my question to you.
Who would you like to see as a guest on the show and what topics do you want covered?
Think outside of the box/fitness industry when it comes to possible guests.
More along the lines of cool stuff guys are interested in. Stuff you’d want to learn about that I have written about on the blog plenty of times before over the last decade or so.
We already have a great list of guests lined up but I’d like to hear who else you guys want on.
