Dealing With Pain – By Keith Scott
I spend and have spent many years “fixing” people and helping them return to the field or the weight room, or just daily life. I work my “magic” to make sure people live “pain free” and without physical issues. I tell people how to rid themselves of pain and dysfunction all of the time.
However, the truth is…you are going to have to learn to live and to deal with pain. The longer you train, the more “pain” you will learn to live with. Not a popular statement, but a true statement. The sooner you come to grips with that, understand it and learn to deal, the better you will be.
Not everything is fixable, and certainly if you continue to train hard, some things that are or can be fixed, simply wont.
