Topics, Expectations, and F Bombs
The Renegade Radio Podcast is a health and fitness show about the relentless pursuit of excellence in every aspect of life. Jay Ferruggia is one of America’s top fitness and self-help experts with over 20 years of professional experience. Want faster gains in the gym? Unshakable self-confidence? Better communication skills and amazing relationships? Ready to become the strong leader and badass you’re meant to be? By the way, I drop F-bombs on the podcast. Not an obnoxious, gratuitous amount of them, but they do come out. I can’t help it nor do I try to. I’m from Jersey.

I’m Jay Ferruggia, and I’ve been helping guys become the strongest version of themselves since 1994. A lot of the big fitness fads you see now—group training, tire flipping—I was doing that stuff in the ’90s. Through the work I’ve done at the gym, on my blog, and through this podcast, I’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people shatter barriers and make life-changing transformations. I can help you do the same.
You may have seen my work in Men’s Health, Muscle & Fitness, Maximum Fitness, Men’s Fitness, Fast Company, Huffington Post, LiveStrong, Muscle & Fitness Hers, Shape, Entrepreneur, Details, or on ESPN or CBS.
Over the course of my life I’ve been weak, out of shape, depressed, insecure, painfully shy, socially awkward, crippled with anxiety, struggling with addiction, or broke. I put in a lot of hard work to get past all of that stuff, and I made a lot of mistakes along the way. That’s why this site is here, and that’s why I put out new episodes of my podcast regularly. I want to be the guy who supercharges your transformation. I want to see more people become the strongest version of themselves, faster. That’s the stuff I live for.
Wherever you’re at in your journey, thank you. This podcast is a ton of fun to put together, but it takes a lot of hard work and time. I’m truly grateful that you listened.
If you enjoy the show, I’d appreciate an honest review on iTunes. I’d love to know how the show is helping you in your journey, or what you’re struggling with and want to hear more of.
Thanks again for listening!
