How many days per week is the program?

These programs average 4 workouts per week.

Do I have to enter the challenge to get the workout program?

You don’t need to participate in the challenge, you can download the program and do this on your own time. The challenge and community are designed to create accountability and camaraderie, but this is an optional bonus.


Once you purchase, you can access your strength program PDF and download it to your computer.

How long is the challenge?

It’s a 4-week program which works out to 28 days.

The challenge begins on a Monday and runs until the last Sunday where we will choose the best Midlife Meathead transformation story to award the grand prize.

What should I expect from the Zoom calls?

We will bring the challengers together for an hour on Zoom to hangout and answer any of your questions.

In the future I may bring on a guest to drop some wisdom so my inner circle can benefit from some of my high caliber podcast guests and friends.

What equipment do I need access to?

Ideally, a well equipped public gym. But a crossfit style gym will also work here as long as they have a decent amount of equipment. But you can get most of these exercises done with access to dumbbells, barbells, and adjustable bench, a suspension trainer and bands.

How long are the workouts?

The time it takes to complete depends on how much time you need to get warmed up to your working weight. Although it shouldn’t take more than an hour to complete any of these workouts.

Can I keep the program after the challenge ends?

It’s yours to keep forever. Once you purchase you can access the PDF to download to your computer and do this on your own time, or follow along with us inside the challenge.

What is the refund policy?
