Recently a lot of friends have been asking where I’ve been. Regular readers have been asking why I haven’t been updating the site as much.
The reason will become clear this Monday when, after two years of hard work, trial and error and endless experimentation, I finally release Triple Threat Muscle. I haven’t come out with anything new since I released Muscle Gaining Secrets a few years back because I didn’t have anything this exciting to share.
Two years ago I decided to start experimenting on a large number of my clients and coaching group members. I wanted to see if I could create an athletic based muscle building system and help average guys get the same kind of results elite athletes get from their training. The only difference is the average guy doesn’t have the genetics, recovery ability or schedule of a professional athlete. But they all want to look like them.
So I took it upon myself to create the ultimate system that would help Average Joe’s and weekend warriors get a little bit closer to looking and performing like Reggie Bush or Georges St. Pierre.
I know how to help skinny guys get jacked. That’s old hat to me. I can do it in my sleep. As long as someone listens and does what I say they will pack on size.
But Triple Threat Muscle is a little different. Not only is the program focused on size gains, but also the development of explosive power and unrelenting endurance. So you get the jacked, muscular physique and the athleticism to go with it.
I get questions all the time asking, “What should I do after I finish the Muscle Gaining Secrets program?” Well, the answer has finally arrived. If you’ve finished MGS and want to keep growing bigger and stronger, Triple Threat Muscle will be just the program for you.
If you haven’t done MGS and aren’t a beginner or a hardgainer, then Triple Threat Muscle will be an awesome system for you to use.
The results we have gotten with this program have been incredible and I can’t wait for you all to experience them this coming Monday.
Thanks for the continued support,
Jason Ferruggia

This sounds awesome Jay!! Can’t wait man! BTW..I’m not a former skinny guy…I was actually a fat guy and your stuff works for fat guys too haha! Ayways, definitely looking forward to this. I incorporate a lot of your techniques with my own clients mainly because it’s so simple and effective.

Jason,
do u reccomend Blast straps or TRX?
I have been following MGS for 5 weeks now. Actually I have incorporated about 75% of it into my training (I am not a skinny hardgainer, I am 28 yrs old and 5’9″ 192 pounds, former college football player and 400 meter sprinter) I pretty much did the same workout for last 6 years, and in these last 6 years I was definitely “working out” and not “training”. In the last 5 weeks;
-I went from “working out” 4-5 days a week to “training” 3 days a week
-I have gained 9 pounds
-my bodyfat is exactly the same (8%) this is with NO cardio
-my bench has gone up from 305 reps of 6 to 335 reps of 6
-my squat has gone up 45 pounds reps 6
-I havent deadlifted “properly” ever but on week five I am deadlifting 315 for reps of 8, week one I was using 225
-I used to do Bi’s 2x a week, now I do barbell curls, incline curls, hammer curls and chin ups all spread out over 3 days and my arms are significantly bigger.
I really wished I would have taken a before picture. I cant believe the development in my back/traps in just 5 weeks. I havent done a situp once, and feel my abs get a great workout just from standing BB press and Deads.
I know you get these e-mails alot, but thanks man for everything. I would have paid 5 times as much for MGS if I knew these would be the results (please dont make triple threat muscle too expensive)
Dude, turkey meatloaf? Are u kidding me? My wife even loves it. She also asked me where I wanted to go for vaca this summer and I said Jersey.

Hey Jason,
Are the sets a) & b) in the 3xm workouts meant to be done as supersets? I am currently doing them as individual sets.
Thanks
Cool program.

Hello Jason,
Would Triple Threat Muscle be appropriate for women? I’m 43, 5ft and just under 100lbs so I’m pretty lean already. I’m looking to get stronger and build a bit more and enhance (not lose) my female shape.
Do you have any female clients on the program? If so, I’d love to hear/see their results.
Thanks for your time.

So Triple Threat Muscle is not a program for beginner, right?
If I’m a hardgainer, and a beginner then I should do MGS first. After finishing MGS then I can move to TTM, am I right?
