Well, it’s been a while since I updated my training and nutrition log so I just wanted to give you guys a quick update on what’s been going on along with some current progress pics.
I’m gonna give you a quick run down on my workouts over the last eight weeks and also give you a closer look at The Renegade Diet. I’ve been constantly working on improving the diet and making tweaks to it to make it even more effective.
I have several people on it now and all of them are getting phenomenal results. Without exaggeration it is the single best thing I have tried in the twenty plus years that I have been obsessed with training and nutrition.
It works equally well for lean gaining, losing bodyfat or maintaining. It’s also simple and incredibly convenient.
The enhanced energy, clarity, mental focus and overall sense of well being on this diet is just mind blowing. I will never, ever go back to another way of eating nor will anyone else whom I’ve set up on the diet.
