The 2013 Renegade Inner Circle Tranformation Contest

BA Erchie The 2013 Renegade Inner Circle Tranformation ContestEvery year in January I watch the same frustrating process occur. The fitness world instantly transforms into the most popular club on the block. People cram their local gym as if Victoria Secret models are dancing on tables and shots of Patron are being handed out for free. Because everyone—I mean everyone—believes that this year things are going to be different.

And for some it happens. They go from skinny and nervous to jacked and confident. They change from sluggish and out of shape, to energized and cut.

But for most people? And by most, I mean about 90% of people that ever start a new program in the New Year—their new years resolution is the first step to another failed conquest.  You can name your reason: Crappy programs, shitty gyms, no motivation, or no direction that can take them from Point A (being out of shape) to Point B (looking awesome). I watch it all happen, and get pissed off by the entire process.

Most people think that changing your body fast is unrealistic. Problem is, I’ve seen it happen over and over again. So this year, I wanted to share what I know with the rest of the world—and reward you for your hard work.

Starting today, I want you to enter the Renegade Inner Circle Transformation Contest.

If you join, I’m going to help you make your body transformation goals a reality. No BS, no false promises. That’s not how I work. I’ll give you the programs and the advice you need. All you need to do is follow it.

And to ensure that you won’t fail, I’ve brought in two of the world’s best coaches to help me: Adam Bornstein and Keith Scott. Plus, we’ll be having other special guest coaches and experts throughout the year.

Meaning you have three of the best at your side to answer all your questions, give you weekly workouts, keep you pain free and manage any injuries, and help you with your diet.

I’m backing this contest up with my own personal guarantee—and some incredible prizes.

Two grand-prize winners are going to receive an all expenses paid trip to Santa Monica for a once in a lifetime experience. You get to train and live the So Cal life with yours truly and Adam Bornstein.

We’ll put you up on the beach to enjoy the finest in Southern California.

We’ll hit the gym, train like it’s our last day on earth, and then take you to the best restaurants money can buy. In between we’ll talk shop, answer your questions, do some mobility work, get massages, and live the good life. And everything will be paid for. All you need to do is show up.

Even if you don’t win the grand prize, we’re giving out cash to several runners-up.

Regardless of whether you win the prizes, I don’t believe in losing. In fact, I fucking hate it. Which is why if you stick with the program, you will win. You’ll smash your goals, kick your past failures in the face, and you will succeed and transform your body.

So what do you have to lose? Are you pissed off enough from past failures to want this?

I’m pissed off for greatness. Because if you ain’t pissed off for greatness, that means you’re OK with being mediocre.”

Is there an option to participate in the contest and pay for the entire year vs. month to month?

PS – I look forward to meeting you in person, early 2014.

Can someone who trains at home do this? I have a lot of the essentials (bench, dumbbells, pullup bar, etc.) but I don’t have some things you like to use like a sled or battling ropes.

Comment Rules:

The primary comment rule we have is that you keep it cool. You can be critical, but rude or disrespectful comments will be deleted. Also, please use your REAL NAME (initials or even a nickname your friends would call you are okay too), not your business name, and don’t post your website address in the comment text. That’s considered spam, which is completely lame.

So join in on the conversation and let me know what you think. I read every single comment and look forward to hearing from you!
