		<description>You should have a program, information, advise, etc...for those of us who had a double hernia. 

Squats??? My double hernia had nothing to do with weight training. It was a severe allergy reaction coughing so hard caused it. It was mild but had surgery using mesh.

Now how to go back to bodybuilding knowing I had a double hernia surgery more than a year ago.

I dont know if I am ready to become a vegetarian, but I am ready to experiment some with it at least  and I thought It wasn´t going to be posible to do that while gaining the muscular weight. Your advices have worked me plenty so I trust you and I would be able to make some changes in my diet to try to be more animal friendly.
