Excuses are everywhere. We’ve all got them and use them more than we should. I’ve been guilty of this and I’m sure you’ve probably been an offender at one time or another, yourself. In part one of this series we discussed how to build muscle like the always-jacked-big-biceps-and-triceps sporting male gymnasts.
