You’re my hero. I read your book, ‘Fit to Fight’ religiously and have had insane results…and I’m a girl!

We listen to a lot of the same music when we work out, so you should trust me and try out Celtic Frost’s Progeny and Black Flag’s Guns. They make me pick up the intensity no matter how exhausted I might be. Also, when I work out, I have this ‘Spartacus’ inspired motto: “I am Jason Ferrugia.”
