Jason, you mentioned that holding the squat at the top of the rep is a good idea however when I squat I seem to hold the stance at the bottom of the rep aswell for 1-2 seconds sometimes. Im not squatting anything that resembles heavy but is this a bad habit that I need to get rid off as a continue to add weight?</description>

		<description>Ok, so I have just watched some Ronnie Coleman YouTube videos and noticed that he doesn&#039;t seem to use a full range of motion on any exercise except Deadlift. He definitely is using a fluid, piston-like motion with no locking out on his pump reps though.

Is it advisable to limit the range of motion?

Wow, that&#039;s sort of a golf analogy for that I apologize. 

I&#039;d add that while love the info and guidance, like to encourage people to know them all, to have familiarity. To experience. I&#039;ve powerlifted, strength trained for athletics and body-built (of that&#039;s a word) and each style has it&#039;s own unique strengths and feel. 

I fully endorse that if you&#039;re going to &quot;grind it&quot; that long term use of this will take some years off ya and your training... UNLESS you&#039;re one of &quot;them&quot; people who are just built for it. And if you are, you know it. 

Thanks for keeping people thinking strong!
