vidio was awsome ,im 44 , been working out about year and a half , im on road alot working but i still find a gym everywhere i go , i feel i have hit a point in my work out that its hard to lift more , like bench press, i started about 165 , i went to 225 quik, then it got slower , im at 265 , i wont to hit 300 + bad , but it seems like im not getting there . does it have anything todo with testostiron at my age , what are your commets , i got a job coming up in jersey , hope to get by one of your gyms , thanks trey

Now that’s puttin’ in work right there. None of the typical public-gym garbage where I gotta wait on some fairy to stop with his curls in the power rack so I can cut some hang cleans or squats. Good stuff
