Shoulder Dislocations
Shoulder dislocations have proven to be one of the best pre-hab moves that I have found. It's also a great re-hab drill for those with certain preexisting shoulder injuries. To get the most out of this exercise you really need a broomstick. A band is okay but won't provide the same challenge or deliver the same benefits. I recommend 50 reps per day, five days per week.
