EZ Bar Triceps Extension/ Pullover Combo
Carefully let the bar drift back behind and under your head to get a deep stretch in the triceps. Use the strength of the lats to generate momentum to get the bar started back upward and finish the lockout with your triceps. Be sure to finish in the top position with your arms angled back slightly, not perpendicular to the floor. This position will ensure that there is always constant tension on the triceps.
