As a high school basketball coach, I get all these excuses and then some, all year round. I will definitely be showing my players this video at the start of the season. GREAT STUFF!

Man… This has been the most inspiring video i’ve seen in a while.
I’m an exercise junkie but even i sometimes make excuses, even i sometimes worry about injuries.. but seeing this, damnnnn !! it makes me realize how stupid i can be sometimes..
