Over 40, I would recommend higher reps only if you are quite strong and have been training properly for years. If you can only bench 185 there is no reason to do high reps. If you can bench 315 then you would do well using slightly higher reps and less sets. Also, you might want to opt for training legs only once per week.</description>

		<description>Haha, stop reading flex magazine...love it...yams are definitely a great piece of your diet, one of the better tasting vegetables - i have them often..and then jay got me on the sun warrior protein, tasted disgusting at first cause i was used to the other &quot;good tasting&quot; filled with sugar whey protein shakes but I switched and ever since that first day I think it tastes great even with water. Obviously it&#039;s an all natural protein shake which helps me know that I&#039;m not putting shit chemicals in my body, plus it&#039;s not real expensive at all compared to the other whey brands.</description>
