		<description>The Carb rotation in MGS is great. I&#039;m using it right now (i&#039;m the typical endo-mesomorhpic type) and it&#039;s working great. Love how bashed that guy with the FLEX magazine comment.

And Jay..while you&#039;re sending women out to everyone. Could you possibly send Megan Fox my way...or possibly a girl that looks like her. Shes practically ruined sex with normal girls for me...HAHAHA!

Over 40, I would recommend higher reps only if you are quite strong and have been training properly for years. If you can only bench 185 there is no reason to do high reps. If you can bench 315 then you would do well using slightly higher reps and less sets. Also, you might want to opt for training legs only once per week.</description>
