Just saw the MF magazine with Sean&#039;s transformation and it&#039;s incredible.  However, I wish the article included more info on total calorie intake and specific meals, what the routine for jump rope intervals, hill sprints and prowler pushes were.  Any chance you can post?  Thanks, definitely super impressed with your latest creation (Sean).</description>
