Hey Jason, I've been following your beginner blast off for almost a month now, my goal is to lose 30pnds of fat first then I want to start packing on the muscle. I have been getting 8 hrs of sleep, eating six 300 calorie healthy meals a day in order to lose fat. My problem is that I am still sore when it comes to my next workout. What can I do to help my healing process speed up or will it speed up over time.

Oddly, I do most of those.

I never answer the phone. In fact, I love Google Voice because it will transcribe voice mail and send it to my phone. I can check the text and move on with my day.

I check email too much, but that's a common problem. I've never bought into getting email on my phone - who do I want to talk to that much?

I've even been thinking about getting rid of my cell phone all together. I might try it...

I do most of that annoying things at my job, but my job is to do them, I'll take your words as a recommendation, turning off the mobile on lunch time or breaks is a good start, condition people to know I only check email 2 times at much.
