Thanks for clearing up a few things for me...I had a &#039;discussion&#039; with a friend of mine who insists that deadlifts are a hamstring/leg exercise...I&#039;ve always been told it&#039;s one of the best total body workouts (including traps).  I sent him a link to your article...another note: bought your book &#039;Fit to Fight&#039; from Amazon and  it&#039;s awesome!  I&#039;ll definitely be recommending it.
