My Bloodwork Results & Hormone Optimization Strategies

As you age, some of the most important factors in long term health are hormone optimization and regular blood work.

While I always encourage my clients to rely on how they look, feel, and perform, at some point those signals can only tell you so much. You may feel great while some underlying health issue smolders under the surface. One day, you find out you have a chronic health issue because you didn’t know enough to take action early on.

It doesn’t matter if it’s life threatening or just a burden to your quality of life. You gotta give yourself the opportunity to fix these all too common issues. From an unfavorable cholesterol profile to low testosterone or adrenal issues. Take control and fix them before it’s too late.

Strength training can be this counterintuitive habit where you wanna get healthier. You wanna get in shape, feel better, and build some strength to become a more fit, capable human.

Somewhere along the way, you catch the iron bug and it takes you down a path where you’re willing to sacrifice everything. All for the sake of PRs and muscle gain.

I know I’ve been there. Shoving down a large pizza after every workout, limping my way out of the gym, hitting smelling salts in every workout, and just destroying my body. All for the sake of more weight on the bar and more pounds on the scale.

We Renegades have to be better than that. We have to set the example that being fit isn’t just about how much weight you can lift.

Strength is always gonna be the main focus. But being a Renegade is also about being well conditioned and bullet-proofing yourself to injury.

It’s about defying  the status quo that says men over 40 are on a straight path to beer guts, limp dicks, and chronic disease.

It’s about getting in the best shape of your life, starting today, and continuing to improve for the rest of your life.
