Do you recommend ice baths after your lifting workouts? Would this help your muscle building abilities, or would it hurt/hinder your muscle growth/muscle building abilities?

Hey Jason, don’t you just love these emails. They think they think they’re doing some damage but it actually just makes us even more happy. I received one once and I actually put it up on my blog like it was a trophy, I was actually proud of it, weird huh? As Chris McCombs says – you’re doing something right if you get emails like this…
