Bodyweight 300 Challenge & Two Other Sick Workouts

Bodyweight 300 Challenge & Two Other Sick Workouts

My recovery is usually pretty on point and I don’t too many inflammatory foods so I don’t get sore that often.

I mean, I get sore, or course, but it’s usually just light soreness from time to time and never anything too deep or crippling.

Today, though, I’m definitely feeling it more than usual and need a massage.

That’s because in addition to my regular training I threw in a couple finishers from my buddy Craig Ballantyne’s Home Workout Revolution

Why Cardio Sucks… And What to do Instead

Why Cardio Sucks… And What to do Instead

I hate doing cardio.

There are very few things I find less appealing than the thought of getting on a stair master and huffing away for thirty minutes straight.

Pull ups (palms facing away from you) on a straight bar are a bit safer but could also be eliminated if you want to be ultra conservative or you have [...]

Bodyweight Training Tips from Sin City

Bodyweight Training Tips From Sin City

Normally when you’re in Vegas with Jay Z pumping through the speakers and a big ass shakin right next to you at the pool you’d be thinking to yourself, “Maaaannn, look at those glutes, I’d love to see what that girl could do…

In the gym…”

Or maybe that’s just me.

Or the over 35 year old version of me.

Truth be told, I’m obsessed with strength and bodyweight training and am always thinking about it in some way or another. Even when there’s a bunch of tanned, [...]
