Phase 1 of my brand new hypertrophy program, 666 Strength & Mass is up and ready for download in the Renegade Inner Circle.
Unlike most Renegade programs this one doesn’t contain much in the way of jumps, Olympic lifts, single leg work or strongman stuff .
It’s something a little different and is strictly designed for rapid hypertrophy gains using some of the most effective methods possible.
Of course, the program is based around sets of 6 reps performed in a certain way with specific guidelines to make it incredibly efficient at packing on mass.
I’ve tested it out quite a bit over the last several months with outstanding results and I know you guys are gonna make some killer progress on it.
